1. Admission and Enrollment

  • Registration fees are non-refundable once the admission process is completed
  • All medical records and immunization certificates must be up to date
  • Parents must provide accurate emergency contact information
  • The school reserves the right to refuse admission without stating reasons

2. Fee Structure and Payment

  • Fees must be paid in advance as per the schedule provided
  • Late payment charges may apply for overdue fees
  • No refund of fees will be made for absence due to illness or vacation
  • Fee structure is subject to annual review and may be revised
  • All payments should be made through approved payment methods

3. School Hours and Attendance

  • Regular attendance is essential for your child's development
  • Children must be dropped off and picked up on time
  • Late pickup charges may apply after grace period
  • Parents must inform the school in advance about planned absences
  • The school follows a structured daily routine for optimal learning

4. Health and Safety

  • Children showing signs of illness should not be brought to school
  • All accidents or injuries will be reported to parents immediately
  • The school maintains comprehensive insurance coverage
  • Emergency medical treatment may be administered if parents cannot be reached
  • Regular health check-ups and sanitization protocols are maintained

5. Behavior and Discipline

  • We follow positive reinforcement and gentle guidance approaches
  • Aggressive or disruptive behavior will be addressed with parents
  • The school reserves the right to suspend or dismiss students for serious misconduct
  • Parents are expected to support the school's discipline policies
  • Regular communication between home and school is encouraged

7. Withdrawal and Termination

  • One month's written notice is required for withdrawal
  • Fees paid in advance will not be refunded upon withdrawal
  • The school may terminate enrollment for non-payment of fees
  • All school property must be returned upon withdrawal
  • Transfer certificates will be issued after clearing all dues

8. Liability and Insurance

  • The school maintains appropriate insurance coverage for all activities
  • Parents are responsible for their child's belongings
  • The school is not liable for loss or damage to personal items
  • Emergency medical treatment authorization is required from parents
  • The school follows all safety protocols and regulations

9. Modifications to Terms
